These great changes went into effect 11/01/2015 for their California Homeowner Program
• Rates have been changed with an overall statewide impact of -9.9%
• Coverage A maximum up to $1,500,000 and Liability to $500,000.
• Replacement Cost Personal Property now an included coverage
• Claim Free Transfer Discount
• Tile Roof Discount
• Newly Acquired Home Discount
• Secondary Residences acceptable without primary property
• Extended Replacement Cost available to 25%
• Water Back Up available
• Enhancement Endorsement is added as an included coverage
• No premium charge for ACV loss settlement or Workers Compensation
• The ISO Policy Form has been updated to the 05 11 version of the ISO HO-3 Special Form. Multiple other forms were updated as well

• The Fireline Score has also been added to Quick Quote process.
• Replacement Cost Estimator is available in the Quick Quote process.
• Summary Application Button allows you to print a copy of the Application.
• Several underwriting questions were eliminated from the Underwriting tab.
