Our Customer Service Representative/Product Specialist position is responsible for supporting and servicing our customer base. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. The position will have processing and some underwriting responsibilities for various products within our organization. This individual should be comfortable working in numerous online systems and working in a fast paced environment.
