EZPay policyholders need to re-enroll

Policyholder(s) currently enrolled in EZ-Pay (automatic/EFT payments) with American Modern. It's critical they reauthorize to avoid a lapse in coverage. Additionally, we are offering an incentive for each policy our customers re-enroll. Only policies previously enrolled in EZPay are eligible.
